Born out of a banking career that began in 1977, Silent Partners was founded in 1996 by experienced ex-bankers who saw banking change from individual attention to impersonal, process-driven services. We take the time to understand our clients' needs and ensure they understand the bond finance journey. We only use technology to streamline our processes.

How do I apply for a bond?

After you have signed an ‘Offer to Purchase’ (OTP), we assist you in submitting a comprehensive application to multiple banks, with all bank requirements in place upfront. This usually results in a fast response from the banks.

Online loan application process. No need to go into the bank.

Upload Required Supporting Documents and Details for loan approval.

We submit to ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank. Upon request, we can submit to Investec Bank and Rand Merchant Bank, in need.

Depending on the application, we can get bank approval within 24 hours. (Our fastest has been 4 hours.)
